All Processing of Service Data — your customers' error events, stack traces, breadcrumbs, request payloads, source maps, and alert email content — takes place within the European Economic Area, on infrastructure operated by EU-incorporated companies. Errly does not transfer Service Data outside the EEA.
The list below is the canonical sub-processor list referenced by our Data Processing Agreement. Customers will receive at least thirty (30) days' notice by email before any addition or replacement.
01Sub-processor list
Compute and object storage — event ingestion, source maps, attachments. EU only.
Managed PostgreSQL and ClickHouse — event store and metadata. EU only.
Transactional email — magic-link sign-in and alert emails (which may contain event excerpts). EU only.
Waitlist signup form and marketing email broadcasts. EU-hosted, ISO 27001. Never receives Service Data.
External uptime monitoring and the public status page. Never receives Service Data.
Payment processing and subscription management. Some processing by Stripe, Inc. (US) for fraud detection under SCCs + EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The Service Data badge indicates whether the sub-processor Processes the events, stack traces, breadcrumbs, and request payloads sent by the Controller's applications. All Service Data is Processed within the EU/EEA only.
02How updates work
When this list changes we update the page, bump the effective date in the DPA, and email active customers thirty days in advance. If you would like to be notified of any change in advance — for example to satisfy your own procurement workflow — email dpa@errly.eu and we'll add you to the notification list.
03What's not listed
Operational vendors of Errly's own website — the marketing-site CDN (Cloudflare Pages) and the domain registrar (INWX) — are not listed. They do not Process personal data on a customer's behalf under Article 28 GDPR; they are vendors of Errly's own marketing infrastructure, with no contractual or technical access path to Service Data.
