This policy covers personal data Errly Processes today: visitors to
errly.eu and people who join the waitlist. It
will be expanded when the Errly service launches to cover customer
accounts, billing, and the ingestion endpoint.
01Who we are
Errly is operated by AES Tech AB, a Swedish limited company (Org. nr. 559507-2157), with registered office in Stockholm, Sweden. AES Tech AB is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@errly.eu.
02What we collect
While the product is in pre-launch, we Process only:
- Email addresses submitted to our waitlist, plus the submission timestamp and double-opt-in confirmation status.
- Basic server logs from our marketing-site CDN (IP address, request path, user agent), retained for security purposes only.
We do not currently run analytics, set cookies, or collect names, employer information, payment information, or precise location.
03Why we collect it
- Waitlist email: to notify you when the private beta opens and when we launch publicly. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Server logs: to detect abuse and meet security obligations. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
04Where it is stored
Waitlist data is stored by MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania) on EU-hosted infrastructure. Marketing-site CDN logs are processed by Cloudflare's EU edge regions. The full list of providers is on our Sub-processors page.
05How long we keep it
- Waitlist email: until you unsubscribe, or until you have been a customer for twelve (12) months following the Errly service launch — whichever comes first. You may unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in any waitlist email.
- Server logs: thirty (30) days, then deleted.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. The waitlist email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. For other requests, email privacy@errly.eu and we will respond within thirty days.
07Cookies
The marketing site sets no cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If we add an analytics provider in future, this policy will be updated and the change disclosed in advance.
